I just got a coily zuk cheap and needs a bit of work, the transfer case will only shift 2H to 4H, will not go across to N or 4L. I figured it would just be the shifter bush but on further inspection i realised its way different to my old leafy case, shouldn't of assumed. But is it a simple problem like the leafy with a bush being stuffed or something like that. Otherwise i will have to bring forward the 1Litre or 1.3L case swap if this one is stuffed... If i do replace the box with a earlier one, i also need the jackshaft from the back of the gearbox correct? is there anything else i'd need to get? |

may be something small like the shifter bush, but if it's not and the case needs a rebuild then you may aswell put the money towards a 1ltr case...should be able to pick one up with all the parts needed for under $200. |

Is there a shifter bush in the coily? I only had a quick look through the hole in body at it and it is nothing like the leafys setup. Prolly head up to the wreckers tomorrow and sus that option out |
