Almost finished replacing the g16b in my Sierra with a petroworks adaptor kit. I had no problem the first time. However now I'm having trouble putting the starter motor in!!

I've tried spinning the tiny cog bit by bit but to no luck!

What starter are you using?
If the G13 Sierra starter, you will need to grind the block side of the starter down a few mm.

It has been grounded. I got the bugger in. I had to hold it in possy, then lightly tap it in with a hammer.

I purchased this beaut little supercheap auto mini mini sledge. It's like a foot long all steel with about 1kg head and a rubber sheath handle. It is fucken perfect size for a toolbar and does wonders when something does not want to play!
