hey,
awhile ago i fitted front and rear arb air lockers, in a 89 swb vitara,
nothing but problems, i had the diff centre set up by a diff guy, the rear diff started making a high pitch grind,
took it back and the diff guy reset it, and lapped it out, turned out the oil wasnt thick enough, the oil was lsx 90 it cause scoring to the c&p causing them to bind in a way, which i think is right cause its the same oil we use in diffs at work. i then used castol 80w-180 oil witch the diff dude sugested, that went fine for a while, then bam, same problem.

does any one know what it is?
i replaced the bearings for brand new ones every time,
im thinking maybe its the lockers? had any one had this problem?
cause im god damn sick of pooring money into the diffs.

its not the guy setting the diffs up as i know a few people who have never had a problem.

please help.
cheers jordan
