If its the same size (ie 1.6 carby to 1.6 EFI) it's easy. You just ring them and give them the new engine number.
If you are increasing in size you need to book an appointment with Regency to get it road worthied. It will also pay to ring them as they may require you (depending on the conversion) to upgrade the brakes.

NFI, ring regency if you wish but you probably wont get a straight answer.
also what engine into what vehicle would help, 1.3-1.6 would just be a numbers change from memory.
