I'm on 29" on a 2009 MT, but plan to go a little bigger in the future.
So it will fit then?
Really hard to find sammy t-cases for sale. Have been looking for years. I'm in SAmerica. Why it's better thought? I do not plan to run monster tyres... Is it strain on drivetrain or just the possibility of having less reduction on HiGH with, say, a 4.16 reduction gears? Anyway, this could end much more expensive here.
Thanks
Ps. Diff info is on globalsuzuki.com and jimny.se/technical.html. They show 4.09 for the autos only and 3.416 for the M13A non-vvt. So i guessed 3.909 for the SOHC (pre-2001).
I'm told the Grand Vitara front 4.3 diff ring and pinion suit Jimny. Was told this by the the Jimny owner who bought diff off me. Some Vitara owner use GV front steel diff to replace the alloy fronts. And often have the 4.3 ratios left over.
