All depends on application or what you have available.

Ethan got all his from ruffstuff.

Depends on wall thickness and the actual dimensions of the finished product, hollow bar, steam pipe or schedual?? It may be cheaper to buy factory bushes from something else but if that fails try a plastics supplier / not sure who you have over there but if you explain what your doing the could prob recomend something, nolathene of some grade of similar

That bush looks like a sierra shackle bush. I have made a gbox mount with some.

Otherwise different types of control arms have neat rubber bushes, vit rears, patrol/cruiser rears etc

I went to a steel shop (yonks ago) with a Sierra spring bush and found a nice bit of pipe that they stocked. I'm pretty sure it was thinnish, but useable.

I use heavy wall 40NB from memory. The same stuff you bash through the bracing pipe in the front of a sierra chassis.
Matches perfectly to hyundai excel lower control arm bushes, which are cheap as chips in either rubber or eurathane.

Easy way is to find the steel size you want to use then jump on the nolathane website and use their search tool to find a vehicle bush that suits. Shop around with the part number(ebay), find the cheapest option.

Worked out it was cheaper & easier to buy pre made bushes with Dom tube/bush/sleeve from low range for $15 then buy pipe, sleeve & a bush set!
