hey guys,
i own a 91 sierra softy with the standard 1.3 with headers to a 2 inch muffler, had a blown head gasket so i cleaned it all up and cleaned the motor out,
put her all back together ran great drove from western Sydney to the ''DON'T LOCK UP AUSTRALIA'' meet,on the way home had a flooding problem and wasn't running right at all,
i took it to suzi four in st maries to get them to fix what ever the problem was they said it was the water jackets in the cabbie were blocked there for the automatic choke was on (makes sense) my dad picked it p drove it back with no problems i test drove it after work ran great then shit, took it back the next day they said it was the tuning(mind you they said they tuned it) they fixed it on the spot i test drove it again wasn't happy at all ran for 5 mins then flooded then kept stalling.

i have no clue what it could be this time but its getting to me so if any one has had these problems or might know what is wrong with my lil Zook please help!

cheers Matt

Get the carby rebuilt by a specialist

New fuel filter and get the carby sorted by someone who know what they are doing. It took 5 goes to get my sierra one right at home and it would of run better and been less headaches if I had just paid someone to do it for me and get it right first time.

I bought a rebuilt carby from Suzi spares at Seven hills - threw it on, adjusted the idle mixture and it works a treat.
