If anyone is still looking for someone who can rebuild LJ50 crank shafts I know some one who can do it for $120 labour if you supply the parts and I know where to get them as well. |

in an LJ50 they are made in multiple peices and pressed together with the bearings and conrods in place. |

most of the bearings have the roll pins in them. what do you replace them with? |

If you really want the roll pins in the bearings, go find a friendly toolmaker with a plunge EDM. The bearings will need to be sealed up well but it isn't a big job to burn some holes into the bearing. |
