My Sierra makes a knocking sound when I'm stopped in nuetral
With the clutch out. When I push the clutch in it goes away.
Does anyone know what it could be?

Input shaft bearing in the gearbox.

Bearing kits are available from Weaves or full rebuild kits from Lowrangeoffroad.

Not really... It means a full rebuild of the gearbox but having said that, 1.3 Sierra 5 speeds are the simplest gearbox I've ever opened.
