G'day all, i got a 92 sieera with 30's which goes great as a stocker, i made some body blocks up at work outa 316 stainles only to find the studs and welded in place (F*rk). So now im after a cheap quick way to give my front tyres abit of extra room to move.
Any ideas??

First idea, STOP. Really have you done any research into this.

Stainless blocks are you kinding, what happen when in 12 months your body has rusted around you mounts?? Sure your blocks will be fine but the body is stuffed.

Yes, Suzuki's have fixed body studs. You need a female bolt to attach to them.

Simon,
The way it see it you have a 3 way choice here.
If you want to stop your tyres scrubbing the guards ON the cheap... I would do it in this order:
1.. Bumpstop extensions. (Free if you have some scrap steel laying around)
2.. Extended shackles combined with bumpstop extensions.(Free -up to $100 depends how you go about it)
3.. Body lift kit from Greg... 'Just_Cruizin' ($220 I think for full easy to fit kit with instructions).

chuck some decent springs and shocks at it, you fit bigger tyres to go better off road so may as well make the suspension better and get some clearance

bodylift will clear and that may be ok if you wanted to fit 31's or bigger but its a lot of work when you dont need a lot of more room
