loosen hose clamp on fuel filler for extra length
interior gearstick boot wouldnt fit on with 2 inch

shave the transfer lever knob down as per ninjamoses & you might still need to clearance the hole for the gearstick in the transmission tunnel or refit the gear stick back to front... it's sort of a bit of trial & error, but with only 1" you shouldn't have too many drama's.

EDIT: loosen the LHS brake line where it passes through the inner guard & reposition it so it faces down to get a little extra slack out of it.
