I just used a cap like the one on the diff. It has a short shaft that the hose fits over and then some hose clamps. Quick, easy and looks neat.

i used mini fuel filters & alloy valve caps for that touch of bling. i drilled small holes in the top of the valve cap so it can still breath.

they are now facing downwards mounted on the strut brace.

yeah too easy, whered you get the cap setup from??

i would prefer to do something like that over a filter or running them into airbox like some people do

also while im at it on here, the one on top of the gearbox, just infront of the shifter?????should it pop up/down on its own like the diffs and xfer?mine in my gbox is solid and doesnt if thats the case and im thiking this could be the reason for my gearbox weaping at the front seal, possibly pressurising with heat etc andno where to go...thanks

Yes, they should be spring loaded. They usually block up with mud and dirt

just to keep this going and to test someone that knows more than i obviously do :(

my gearbox breather cap,are they springloaded ones like the transfer, diffs etc??today i cleaned it up a bit and noticed a hole going right thru it near the top,so i grabbed a pin and cleared it out but still the cap doesnt move like the others.See my problem is i have a leak out of my gearbox, front input i think and noticed this breather and thought it mite be pressurising and not helping the cause?

so do i try plier the cap,or lever it or isa it ment to be like that?any help would be great thankyou
