I am flying out from site today, saw this at the aerodrome.... I don't know what to think. It's well built well though and looks like it's off the shelf. Didn't get a real good look though. ![]()

Well it's found its way out to the middle of Qld. Couldn't get any further from civilisation. I don't know what it's doing here, considering we don't have any petrol around here |

nice calf plow, it's not big enough to be a cow plow. looks like a "tough bars" construction. |

it would be interesting with that bar to check engine oil, fill the watter bottle ect.... on the upside it looks like theres enoguh room for one to sit down on the bar and work on the engine I know it would have been an arb knock off... but donno if would have been an ironman tjm ro any other main brand.. as the bar looked pretty good and offtheself production, rather than something cheap made |

No... Av-tur a1 like almost every aircraft turbine engine. (I was an aircraft engineer, now a turbine specialist). Regardless, they don't refuel at our strip (no fuel for those things either), nearest avtur is at Cloncurry. Nearest unleaded petrol bowser is about 300km away. Not really practical. We have plenty of dieso though |

I don't like it, poor Jimny. It's out in the middle of nowhere so other Jimnys can't bag it. |

similar style of what I saw, but in aluminium http://www.ama4wd.com.au I like the top part a lot, but the bottom part is too big IMO... plus it needs bit more angle so the bar wont be as flat a bottom part from an ARB plus the top of thisone would make something interesting |
