Hi all. I was thinking about doing a body lift on my suzuki jimny 2009 . I got some dimentions see the url below. My question is if the rubber bushes have a outside diameter of about 60mm wil ones of 40 mm be sufficient or will it be a big mistake? I was thinking about a diy approach and buy the bushes and let the otherattachements being made by an engineering company? Please share your thoughts. Currently running 215 75r15 no reduction , standard suspention. http://thassos4x4.gr/en/texnika/suzuki/ ... tml?page=1 |

I sell them but if you want to make one match the body rubber size, they are that size for a reason. 40mm mounts have these then 1/2 the surface area of a 60mm mount. Therefore trying to get that rubber to support the load over half the area will kill it in no time. |
