Developed a harsh knock in my steering on the way home yesterday after going over a bridge, felt as if the steering rack came loose or one of the tie rods, felt very unsafe to drive it, after getting home this is what i found, quite a simple fix and probably expected as the car is now 10 years, its just a hard plasticy rubber grommet that pushes into the firewall.
