Hey guys, I have been trying to get the flange off the diff on the car are there any tricks that people have I don't have an air compresser Robbie |

have u got the nut off? if not just use a breaker bar. once uve got the nut off. spray some wd40 on the splines. tap the back of the flange, top and bottom with a hammer (soft faced if uve got one) should come off |

Breaker bar and long pipe onto breaker bar. |

Get a length of bar long enough so that it hits the chassis rail or the ground. |

Make sure you pop out the little indent. As others have said, breaker bar and pipe. If you get real desperate, soak it in WD/CRC overnight, put your breaker bar and pipe on, lock the front hubs and try to drive it off |

Clean and look, it will be quite obvious. Mark nut position before dissassembly. Breaker bar, get a solid foothold and but your back into it........it will undo. |

What he means is there's a two little notches on the piƱon that the bolt locks to if you look at it face on you'll see em... There's two oppersit each other Beat me to it |

Thanx heaps guys that is prob the resin I could not get it off spent hours trying to get it off lol I will look first thing in the morning thanx again |

try a spray by loctite called freeze this should also loosen nut and flange |
