have u got the nut off?

if not just use a breaker bar.

once uve got the nut off. spray some wd40 on the splines.
tap the back of the flange, top and bottom with a hammer (soft faced if uve got one)

should come off

Use a piece flat bar or similar like this to stop the flange from turning.

Get a length of bar long enough so that it hits the chassis rail or the ground.

Make sure you pop out the little indent.

As others have said, breaker bar and pipe.

If you get real desperate, soak it in WD/CRC overnight, put your breaker bar and pipe on, lock the front hubs and try to drive it off ;) make sure you drive the right direction

the outter part of the nut has a ring around it that is dented??? into a mating notch on the pinion, thus locking the nut. Clean and look, it will be quite obvious. Mark nut position before dissassembly.

Breaker bar, get a solid foothold and but your back into it........it will undo.
