Is it possible to run two of these in the same space as a normal jimny battery so that you could have dual battery set up in an abs fitted jimny?

I would like to know your thoughts experience

see below for normal size http://203.27.245.67/files/All_PDFs/NS4 ... 0Sheet.pdf

In theory you could

However, they are 17ah/hr capacity, which means
You could run a fridge for about 5-6 hours
headlights for less than an hour
radio for 2 hours maybe

Thats a choice of one of them, not all

Also, dont leave your lights on or have any kind of alternator problems, those batteries die real fast

Better option, leave the battery where it is and just carry this

Its also too small to be of any use but it will waste less money

Thanks mate

I not sure on the ins and out on batteries that why I asked. It's always good to find out from others before you do things and waste time/money

My bad for putting it in the wrong place too

go the expensive route and get a 12V Lithium battery. they are far greater AH per Kg then a Lead acid and are virtualy maintenance free

among many other great things about lithium batteries one being they work at nominal voltage around 12.4V till they are almost fully discharged.

can read up a bit on them here http://www.campertrailers.org/lithium_batteries.htm

and can get them on there or ebay

something that I always wonder (sorry I have no knowledge of car electronics)

jimmy batteries are small, right size for the car... some ppl put two of them in order to run extra accessories... now wouldnt be better to just put a big battery (from a big 4wby) instead of running two jimny size ones?

to get the same AH's as the 2 jimny sized battery's you would need one battery roughly the size of 2 jimny sized battery's anyway. plus its easier to fit 2 smaller battery's then make one large one fit.

plus with 2 if you have a proper dual battery kit you can flatten the acc one and still be able to start your vehicle with one battery you cannot do that.
