The Keyless entry is stuffed on the XL-7, the little buttons on the controller have come unsoldered and I don't have the skills to re-solder something that small. What are the options?? |

Either replacement remotes if you can find them (try ebay) or install an aftermarket alarm system with remote entry and wire it to the existing power locks - it might work out less expensive than the remotes. |

So you can get an Aftermarket one installed to do the same job?? I shoved my head under the dash but I could only find a thing that had Mitsubishi Electrics over it and a frequency.. Not sure if that was it.. Well after pulling some numbers off the thing I found out I was looking at the Immobilizer unit... So where the hell is the central locking one ??? |

Mines been stuffed for ages magnat. If its just a cracked solder joint then appliance tech should be able to sort you for the remote. |

And further to that I have never been able to find the unit for mine. I have a thread somewhere else bout mine but nothing's ever worked despite a number of suggestions. |
