| Post subject: | Jimny epicyclic gear assembly, VVT vs NON VVT |
Hi guys, I have been thinking this gearing options through from one side to another. Well this is what my idea was, Since the vvt and the non vvt low range ratios are different, shouldet their epicyclic gear assembly be different? I mean the gears that reduce lowrange, the planet gears and the sun gear ect, What do you guys. Think will it be possible to fitthe epicyclic gears from a non vvt into a vvt? I mean will this work? Finding a vvt auto transfer case is very difficult sinch the model doesnt exist in south africa. Thank you. |
