got a hayman reece for mine. the 2012+ is different slightly than the 2012 and earlier in the sense the wiring loom is different and its slightly lower rated but i think thats all. i believe structurally they are the same. price wise i paid 290ish for my pre 2012 one instead of the 450 they wanted for 2012+ for exactly the same thing i believe. the wiring difference is that the 2012+ loom is plug and play and the pre 2012 requires the ussual wiring in. Regards |

Ive got some weird thing on mine. might be same as your's Jay, Doesnt have a receiver or anything, just a toungue sticking out. Happy with it? Yes. its a great bumper-protector when dropping into extreme holes. Saved me a few times. The bar runs the length of the bumper protecting the bottom edge of the plastic nicely, you can kinda see it in the pic. Not sure how others are mounted. Even towed with it a few times too Seen here (old pic), sorry cant get a better pic until I fly home next

Hayman Reece on mine this time around. Handy being able to slip the tongue out so easily. Well mounted to the chassis via a few points.

is it okay to double shackles like that ZN? Cant you fit a strap into the receiver itself? I know its a 40mm hole but surely that would be better? You blokes with genuine, what do they look like? are they like mine? |

Lol They're the trailer chain shackle that came with the bar, were attached there to not get lost. Here's how I attach the snatch
