g16 water pump issues

hey all, jus fixed the eng in my Jimny and the water pump is pissin water out of the little hole at the bottom of it. It's the hole on the neck of the pump, the hole is about 5mm diameter. What's it for? it never leaked before and it looks like it's sposed to b there? Any ideas?

Water leaking from that hole means the seal has let go and your coolant is leaking out through the water pump bearing.. Only solution is to replace the pump ASAP.
