This morning on my way home from work, I noticed that the lockright seemed to be undoing a bit more than usual, especially in a straight line. Then i found that when I wasn't accelerating, there was a ticking sound coming from the diff. Tyre pressures are identical by the way - this happened the last 3 kms home, what could it be? |

is it still driving both wheels? doesn't sound good. mine makes no noises when slowing down it might pay to look for bits in the oil, might have munched a spring. |

You do know a mini spool is just like a welded diff. Cons: Still illegal. Wears tyres. Expensive version of a welded diff Pro's: Its a locker It makes cool twists in axles. No banging or clanging or grinding or shuddering or pinging or ponging or tinging. |
