There's 2 different F10a cambelts, is it possible to make a later motor accept the earlier cambelt just by swapping the pulleys or vice versa?

Also, what's the point of the second key on the cam pulley? Is there another mark I haven't seen or something, they're about 20* apart!

Thanks

Hayden

Its quite common for Suzuki pulleys top have more than one keyway as they tend to be used on a number of different models.

I had a few F10A motors in my last beast.
It is important if swapping bits around,
that ratio of cam to crank is 2:1 or it won't run for long.
So make sure you have matching sets.

I never had problems fitting either type to either engines,
but knowing Suzuki there could be more than 2 types.

Pretty sure I remember tensioners being the same, too.
