Having personally destruction tested one over three years i can say the quality on them are good. The thing is with ANY top is you really need to be disciplined and take it on and off correctly including using the tension straps etc. Most people never bother and it puts a strain on the roof. Even without doing this you should still get a year or two being extremelky rough and careless, but if you take your time and take note of weather before it changes you should get 5+ years out of one Smittybilt is also the same price bracket. It looks smarter when new but i think the rampage top does age better in the faded look. The place where they both wear firt is in the rails behind the middle pillar. |
