Just a easy one noticed today my vit has vented discs is this stock on a 1994 jlx 16v efi and is it worth upgrading to lwb v6 brakes to stop 31s

Yes, vented discs are standard for a 16v LWB. No, I wouldn't upgrade to v6 brakes. It can be hard to clear 15" rims (calliper grinding required) and apparently there is very little gain in any case.
