Post subject:  Fuel problems. Help needed.

Hi all,

Ive been having a few issues with my LWB zook,
It will happily drive fine for a few hours then bam, fuel just stops flowing to the carbie ive got filters one in the engine bay empties and goes dry,
Put in an exernal pump to help pump the fuel up and it works good till it runs dry again, I can also hear the inline fuel pump running dry. the fuel pump is located on the chassis rail about 50cm from the tank.
I also thought it may ahve been a vacuum blockage caused by a non vented fuel cap but this also did not fix the issue.
Ive checked everything and shy from pulling the whole lot out does any one have any advice.
oh if i let it sit for a while(5 minutes) the fuel will slowly start to flow again.

Thanks
Mick

Time to get the tank out. I dare say there's something blocking the pickup. It's not a big job to get the tank out, just be wary of rusted bolts etc.
