Hey guys
Am pressing out my front bearings. Borrowed a mates 6tonne press but it's not strong enough to press out the bearing race. Anyone have access to a bigger press that could help me out today. Otherwise I'll have to find a shop tomorrow that's willing to do it for me. Thought the 6 tonne would do the trick!

you did remove the cer-clip thats under the seals right?

If a 6 tonne press won't do it you have missed a circlip or are doing something else wrong.

Nah circlips were def out, Cant see what I could be doing wrong, line it up, jack the press till it goes bang!

I took em to the shop this morning, 20tonne press wouldn't get them out.
We had to heat it up with a oxy then it popped out...
Was a royal prick...The guys at the shop said it happens from time to time.

All done now!

when i fist did mine we did it with a 30t and it went out with a mighty BANG!
every other time has been fine
they were prob originals
