Hi all, Doing the conversion and need to relocate the coil packs. Seen threads talking about it and the photos of the installed engine I cannot locate where they are relocated. Does anyone have a photo of a good location to put them. I assume where ever I put them they will need a good ground to the engine? Cheers |

The coil packs are on the back of the engine just above the thermostat. They will most likely press up against the firewall when I put the body back on. One option I have is to just unbolt them & put the body on and see what happens I guess Cheers |

That's what I'd do. They won't care where they are. Steve. |

Thanks Steve. Just need to sort out the fuel tank and I'll put the body back on. Cheers, Aaron |

Make up a bracket to bolt them to the firewall. You may have to buy longer leads but it'll look neat there |
