Been searchin for a snap ring tool for the rings that dont have the circlip holes. I found them in the gearbox and also in sierra manual hubs. I did find a tool on ebay thats like a circlip plier but it has flat edges at the tip. Does anyone know the particular name of this tool or somewhere online to buy one in oz? |

They're called flag tip circlip pliers. Like this: http://bit.ly/1aKKY5e |

I bought the kincrome ones in the link a month ago. They work fine if you aren't using them too much, like only every now and then. The leverage on them isn't very good and they aren't super rigid, so they tend to spring the circlip open sideways if you aren't careful. Fine for occasional use though. |
