Gday,
I want to rebuild my 1.3l transfer case using 1.0l gears and ive got a noisey whiney switched 1.0l transfer case in the shed. the questions i cant find the answer to are;
1. are these transfer cases identical except for the gear ratios
2. do the 1.0l gears fit the 1.3l shafts
3. are the gears usually fucked by the needle rollers in a noisey whiney box.

3. no, gears should be fine.
