I have a 92 vitara and was just wondering what's the best way to go about putting a front diff lock right in it?.

Million times? I found nothing on lock right lockers and most stuff on gv or sierras!
Can any one else help me!
Lock right locker or arb locker?
Do I have to change front diff to a steel housing?
Is 26 spline axels better than 22?

Lock right locker or arb locker? your choice, selectable is better. sierra lockers fit in vitara front diffs so thats what youll be after.
Do I have to change front diff to a steel housing? yes
Is 26 spline axels better than 22? yes

if you're going to tell someone to search & tell them it's been covered 11ty times before you could at least post some of those easily found links instead of just flat out doing a grimbo.

you don't have to change to a steel housing, but it's the smarter thing to do as when the alloy one does let go & it will... it will usually damage your crown wheel & pinion.
