Has anyone put vitara power steering on their sierra and had a problem with the steering arms rubbing together after moving the diff forward? Is there another (shorter) pitman arm I can change to?

Or the box not forward enough.
Are you running bumpstop spacing? This will normally prevent any serious contact.

I've got 1" extended bumpstops, the steering is only just touching on compression, I might go 40mm bumpstop spacers.

I chose 22mm to lessen other mods needed. Mine never hit. I ran OME suspension, shock relocation and extended shackles.

Mine is about 60mm forward. 50mm bumpstop spacing and Vit power steer. The arms just touch paint, and the pitman clears.

How much does the RUF move the diff forward on its own?

Full RUF brings the axle forward approximately 40mm.
