| Post subject: | 96 Manual Vitara Transfer rear output seal ? how to ? |
I have already ordered the seal from suzuki and in the parts program it looks like i am going to have to take the back of the transfer case off. I don't think i am going to have to take it out of the car i am hoping to use a freinds hoist. Anyway if anyone can tell me stuff to look out for or even how your meant to do it that would be great. Thanks Sam |

rear output as in the rear shaft to the back diff? pull the shaft out, pry the seal out and slide a new one in, easy as |

awesome so i can get to it from the outside ! and yeah i meant shaft from transfer to diff. i hope it is the right seal the suzuki program was confusing and the guy wouldn't let me take over lol |
