Hi Guys I have a GV1600 3Door with 5.12 diff's and and 30's... I Really want to ride on 31's or a 32's I have 3" Bodylift and 2" springkit... I myself am a panel beater, so space for the wheels is not a problem But i really need lower gearing all over... now with 30" I think that it is too highly geared Can I install another gearbox from the older Vit or something?? |

Only buying option I am aware of to lower high range is diff gears. 5:72 available from Fourx4art in Europe. Other options involving fabrication are fitting Sierra transfer case, instead of, or as well as the vit box. |

And having it hang way down I just pulled the pin on the doubler after measuring it up and finding it will hang down like 80 mm Screw that I will drive round in 3rd |

I'm running 235/85R16 (31.8") in my LWB with 5.12s and it pushes them ok. Get the 5.7s from fourx4art and then reduction gears I think the 5.7s will put it pretty correct because the swb has 5.12s stock??? I am still about 90km/h on dash to 100km/h and that's going from 4.8's to 5.12s. |
