Hi,

I'm looking to purchase a 2" body lift, my question is should I go aluminium or poly spacers??

Heard the poly ones can be squeaky??

Cheers luke

It doesn't matter in my opinion, just check whats legal in your state.

I've only run poly ones (in 3 different zooks). I didn't go poly for any particular reason but I've never had them squeak in anyway.

I've never had this 'squeak' occur and I can't see how that would be possible if the bolts are tightened...

I agree. IMHO material choice is really down to the state requirements.

I have steel block 50mm body lift if anyone is after some NSW legal blocks.

EDIT: No matter what material or state, will need engineering.

What state are you in? All states, to my knowledge, now require BL's to be 'engineered', that's approved by a suitably authorized person, it's best to talk to who you will be using and go from there.
