Got it for $500 so im happy.

100,364km. Its due for its major service (last service was at 75,000km. Car turned on and sounded in good mechanical condition :)

Can I use the A/C system allready on this G16B into the sierra? i noticed the a/c panel is very similar to the vitara systems?? with the push buttons

The left and Centre pins don't need any modifying by the looks of it. Seems the right one does. ...

heres the left and centre one that goes to the engine

Here's the right one. I'm reading pj zooks diagram and it's bloody confusing

I personally found it easier not to touch anything in the engine side of the loom here is mine when I finished itImage
I found it easier to start at the fuse box and start stripping back to the first plug all the stuff tuning to the rear is junk except for the fuel pump wire which should be pink

You will eventually start to understand the wiring diagram just take it slow if you cut something you can always re join it

ah cool.
I got rid of thermo and from memory dome too.

Post subject:  Re: Frytech's Baleno to Sierra Conversion Thread

that looks good to me. I left the thermo and just coiled it up in the bottom for future use if needed :)

Leave the dome it's needed just cannot remember what for I gave away my wiring diagram last week :(

Also if you have a look at the computer plug and work out what isn't required on the wiring diagram you can start to remove it from there also.

Number 7 is the fuel pump relay. From there it runs straight to the fuel pump which is labeled as number 8.

So you can run it back through the plugs or just straight to the pump won't matter
