Hey everyone I am getting a 40mm OME lift and I know u don't need to upgrade the front panhard rod unless u go over 40mm but is it still worth getting an aftermarket/adjustable panhard rod anyway? the stock one doesn't look like the strongest thing in the world?

cheers :D

the jb one is too long for 40mm lift and is almost at minimum. think the td ones might be a tad shorter if you screw em right down.
i personally wouldn't bother unless 300 bucks is going to spontaneouly combust if you dont buy new panhards.

I replaced mine with the Outdoor auto ones. Length is right for the 40mm length and much stronger. I needed to move the front axle a little after the lift and these did the job.

Hi guys, had a similiar thread on a forum in south africa.
http://www.4x4community.co.za/forum/sho ... p?t=166834

The guy had 50mm lift with 30mm wheel spacers. So it looks like they want to manufacture a simmilar relocation bracket as jimny bits , but only for a 2" lift, he had issues with the wheels catching the wheel arches on full flex,

Just thought i would share....

i think its about time i put the original, jb and TD front and rear panhards side by side with pics. i have heard somewhere on here that ODA get his panhards from the same mob as JB but i cannot confirm that in any way as i havent seen the ODA ones
