Whats everyone's thoughts on running a 31" tyre on a 16x7 rim?
will they fit straight on or will adjustments need to be made?

A 31" on a 16x7" rim will be a metric tire sized around 245/75R16 with a big hammer they should go on your 50mm lifted coily, but you might want to extend the bumpstops in the front a bit, you will also need to consider the offset of the rim, so that the scrub radius is wide enough to clear the arms at the front and the inside of the wheel wells at the rear..

righto mate ill think ill just stick with my 15's
can anyone tell me why when I go over dips in the road at high speed, the weight of the car goes to the rear it feels as though i have no shocks at all, and it feels as the i'm hitting the bump stops hard?

it may be that your shocks are just too stiff so when you hit something at speed they dont move fast enough so they feel solid. not sure from your description what you mean though.

It's almost hurts when it happens, it jars your tail bone, I have tough dog shocks and 2inch lifted king springs in the rear and extended bump stops?

How far off your bump stops are you? And its more then likely your TD shocks. I hated mine, every small car with truck shocks hate theirs.
