Welcome to AZ, Sam.

You'l need to find a way to reduce your gearing by 18% or more.

Personally, I'd do a Sierra transfer case conversion. Being a gear driven transfer it is noisier than the Jimnys chain driven one but the gearing options are 100x better and cheaper.

Your Jimny will have a 1.32:1 high range. A Sierra transfer with 4.16 transfer gears (1.580 high range) will reduce your high range by 19.7%. That's pretty much perfect. As an added bonus your low range will be 94% lower, much better than the standard low range. After the LJ and until the VVT Jimny, crawl ratios in Suzukis were very poor for technical 4wding, but excellent for sand.
