Hi All, hoping someone can offer me their wisdom.
Currently trying to finish putting my sj50 back together after a rebuild with a g16b conversion but I seem to be having some issues.
Firstly the things that don't seem to be working:
Indicators using indicator stalk (they do work with the hazard switch) Windscreen Wipers Windscreen Washer Heating fan / blower
No fuses are blown.
Everything else seems to be working so I'm really confused why the items above won't get power
Anyone have any ideas? Or does anyone have a wiring diagram for the standard engine?
Cheers, Aaron

How are you checking the fuses? are you using a test light on them to see if there is power getting there?
If you have power there start looking for power at the stalk, indicators will be a green wire from memory

Hi Royce,
Yes all tested with a light.
The whole top row of fuses were working and the bottom had no power. This morning I took the fuse rail off and ran a wire from the top to the bottom and the bottom rail powered up. Is there a safe permanent fix for this?
Cheers Aaron

you really need to search to find the diagram that tells you which fuse is which, some will only have power with the key on. Maybe there is something wrong with your ignition switch but you need to know whats what first, not just poking wires in places

Did you mess with the black/blue wire mentioned in the pjzook wiring diagram? Step no. 11. It powers the heater fuse and a few fuses for the combo switch.

Suzuki Sierra WT 92 Headlight R / Headlight -L / tail stop/ hazard horn / radio cigar / ACC IG Coil - Meter / heater / rear defg / wiper washer / turn back / Air con
I believe this is the correct layout.
Ill head outside and have a look at the ignition wires.
Cheers Guys

Well I found the issue. At one stage of its life the ignition had been rewired and this relay had been added. Not sure what it actually does but when I added power everything started working
