Hey fellas, I have a 94 lwb vitara with the Calmini 3" kit installed and driving back from Melbourne to Cairns noticed there was a bit more than usual play in the steering, had a peak at the drag link and there was obvious movement rocking the front wheels side to side (camber movements), as well as the car tracking strangely. This is the second stock drag link i've been through and I was wondering if anyone had any info on how to fix the issue. I saw on Calmini that there's a steering truss stabilizer kit, but had minimal pics and info for installation and what it actually does.. Cheers fellas. Raz |

I think consensus is to reinforce the idler arm and this fixes the problem. Steve |

Raz Its basically just bolts across between the two front 'horns' that the wishbones bolts to. It makes a good mount for a skid plate but I'm not convinced that it adds any real structural strength. The idler arm reinforcement is a very sensible addition. |

Adjust the steering box that fixed mine. |
