hey guys
some of you may know me already, i had recently bought a suzuki sierra but the car was stolen only hours after purchase...
got this pretty cheap and it does need some work but i like a challenge and it keeps me busy!!
so far ive done the timing belt, and front crank case seals as it was leaking out quicker then i was putting oil in, has a bit of top end noise but thats nothing but an adjustment!!
so the issues i have are
brake lights not working, its not the bulbs and its not the brake light switch Reverse lights not working, COULD BE THE REVERSE LIGHT SWITCH blinkers arnt working, however, if i put the hazards on the front blinkers flash as they should but nothing at the back at all...
this will be constantly updated!!
thanks Alex

The common link to all those lighting issues is the earth connection.

yep sorted this all out today!!!
was dirty connection at the rear lights coupled with a few dodgy fuses, reverse light switch was also bust, but took my reverse light switch from my rolled vitara
a few other issues brought themselves to my attention, im doing a Hilux/commodore shock swap, and went to do the fronts, both shock mounts on the diff have been broken, one completely gone, the other some shitty weld in place... is this a common issue?
