I have a mod plate for a g16a (la1) will transport accept my g16b and accept the mod plate as good enough? What have u guys done ? |

Well since G16A's also came as injected engines identical to the G16B's you've got a good argument to say it's just an engine replacement under the same plate. Make sure you have a cat converter though as they may ask to look at the car. |

Given the number of G16a 16V EFI engines out there I doubt any authority with commonsense would care. Just get the engine changed. The person checking the number wouldn't be able to tell what engine was in there anyway. |
