did any sj40s come out with disc brakes on the front?
what ratio diffs did sj40 utes come out with?

sj40s being the 1 litre sierra came out with 4.11:1 ratio diffs and 84 on had disc brake front, pre 84 was drum.

Mines a late 83 LWB.
It came with discs up front, and a 4wd light type transfer case.
They were 4.11 diffs, but now are 4.9's from an LJ :!: :D

Real early ones had drum brake and no selectable hubs. 80 and 81.

mine had drum brakes and selectable hubs, not sure any 1 litre was locked in the front like an LJ
