Is it possible to disconnect the alarm/engine kill on a 1998 GV???????????? If so HOW PLEASE? |

Under the dash on drivers side there is a small black box about the size of a smoke packet. If its just the imobliser that's playing up unplug the 2 big black wires and connect them together. This still allows the central locking to work but wont stop you from starting the motor. |

Early GV immobilisers must be substantially different from later SQ models, as this can't be done on a factory 2003 immobiliser. |
