Could anyone suggest how much body or suspension lift would be needed to fit 15x 32 tyres to a lj81 ute I will use 8 inch Ford rims probably, Any suggestions would be appreciated

Depends how much catting you wanna do. I have 33s on my lj50 with 2 inches of spring lift and extended bumpstops

Thanks for the replys at present it is a rebuild from bare chassis up I have had it for 10 years as a to do project and have only just got around to it I will post pics as soon as I get my computer organised I have ordered a new set of springs, shocks,steering damper etc with 50 mm lift. I also have a lj50, Vitara,Sierra, Lwb Maruti ,GQ Patrol GUPatrol, and lots of parts

i run 33 offroad with 2in efs and ruf. you will also run into issues with width
|

I'm a few weeks off putting some 31 inch mudders on 15x 8's on my lj81 with a 2 inch lift. ill post a pic up for comparison if your still looking for answers then

Step 1: Fit 32" tires. Step 2: Flex it Step 3: Cut off anything the tires hit Step 4: Repeat step 2 & 3 until the tires dont hit anytihing. Step 5: Enjoy.
