Post subject:  2" body lift installation

Hey,
I just got a 2" body lift off a mate, it's second hand but pretty much new, I didn't get any instructions.
I need help on how to put it on I'm sure it's been asked but not in the depth I need.
Can someone please tell me exactly what to do? If anyone has put one in their sierra what did you do? In steps would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 92 suzuki sierra, 2" efs suspension, and 30" tyres

Dont lynch me for linking outerlimits, but its just easier.

EDIT:
I would also add extra 50mm spacers where ever the chassis currently supports the body on those rubber pads (if possible).
The body and/or chassis mounts can fail as the body is now poorly supported.
Just sikaflex them in place.

That edit from Jdk is vital to avoid broken chassis mounts.
