Hi All, new here have just bought my daughter a 2003 XL-7 for her first car, is in decent condition but needs some body work I am starting on a respray but I cannot for the life of me work out how to get the window rubbers off, have added a pic to help identify exactly what I am talking about, anyone got any ideas as to how these come off.

Cheers
Chris.
