| Post subject: | Installing Fuel Cell? |
Hey guys, i want to install a fuel cell into the rear of the vitara for a few reasons but i am not sure how to go about it. I can purchase the fuel cell and mount it easy enough, however what sort or capacity fuel pump do i need and is there anything special required for running the wiring etc. Main reason is the move the fuel tank out of harms way, save weight and have more room under the car for suspension mods. |

What suspension mods are you doing? Where are you going to move the fuel cell to? Can you make the stock vitara fuel pump fit into the tank? Can you use the stock vitara wiring etc? |

The power output of your N/A 2.5L is nothing special hence you would be hard pressed finding a HP fuel pump that could not keep up-to demand. Nothing very special about the pump wiring either. All pumps have 2 wires with you can simply patch into to your existing vitara harness. |
