I've seen a couple of cars running this kit complete, and I've driven one. It was so terribly, terribly bad I couldn't imagine how anyone could recommend it. Ride and flex was appalling - so much so that the car I drove with it fitted was unable to follow a stock current GV off road. Considering this kit only clears a 31" tyre due to the axle path the shackle reverse creates, (a tyre a sierra can fit with a 2" body lift alone) there is no reason to ruin the ride and handling of your car with this nonsense.

In any case, I don't believe there is a legitimate reason for a shackle reverse or 5" of lift in a Sierra.
